New Author!

HOLAZ! I have been on CP Congress for a long time till Ting removed me when Alto quit but now I am back on! I have tons of ideas and improvments for this blog so I hope Ting will let me! And anyway.. I made the header for the best Club Penguin Cheats..... CLUB PENGUIN CONGRESS! Well I will post pins and just basic stuff... And hopefully Ting will make me the HTML Wiz since he fired Me12101. Well thats it! Peece Out!
