Hi, I'm Ting Tong09. This site was created and originally owned by AltoBhai, then he gave it to me. I worked on it but then decided to give it to Purple Polo. At the start of December, Purple Polo left the site, so I was going to have a competition of who would own the site now, but then I had a poll and realised that I should stay. So CP Congress is in the hands of Ting, once again!
I live in the UK and started Club Penguin in about January 2007 (I think), well my penguin is a member and is 1163 days old. I don't really think there's anything else to know...
