Man I was so eager to post my first catalog that I posted the PSA catalog. I know why would I post this but I was eager. Anyways here r the cheats:
1. U need to be a secret agent
2. Click on ur Mobile.
3. Click Visit HQ
4. Click on the Catalog in the bottom right side with F.I.S.H written on it
5. Turn over the pages until u get to the page above
6. Click on the penguin's sunglasses
7. The night vision goggles will show up
8. The code written on them is Solar Powered
