Happy bday Club Penguin Congress ™ ! :D Today CPC is officially 1 years old. I started this blog on 8th August 2008 when I decided to help out all the penguins out there who needed it. I ran this blog for 8 months before handing it over to ting and moving onto Pandana® I wish CPC a happy bday and a great future ! The site now belongs to Purple Polo
