The top story this week is the about the Fall fair! It'll be coming back to club penguin for the third time on September 4. If any of you can remember last years fair, and the year before that, then you'll know what to expect this year. Hopefully it'll be bigger and better, with more prizes and games. On the first page is you click the ring on the oven you will be able to buy a bowling pin!
On the third page you can get a bowling alley if you click the top rectangle on the window!
On the fourth page if you click the button thingies on the oven you can buy the fridge!
On page five if you click the puffle in the middle of the record on the gramaphone you can get the band stage!
On page six if you click the record on the left on the DJ tables you can buy wall speakers! 
On the seventh page if you click the stone column the guitar stand can be bought!
On the eighth page if you click on the flames from the Bamboo Torch you can buy an LCD T.V!

Hey peeps!! The new newspaper is out!
The main story (and only story) is about the success of the Festival of Flight! The weird thing is, it says club penguin has been safely returned to the water but, it's still in the air! Anyway, it was a great party and I hope we get to party up in the air again!

There's a new play at the Stage on Friday called Underwater Adventure. I know lots of you are curious about it, so I talked to some of the artists who worked on it. Here's the scoop:
What inspired you about doing the costumes?
For one of them, a delicious meal I once had was the inspiration... Mmm...so tasty...
Tell us something cool about the set!
There's an entire sea castle to climb in! And a secret shadowy sea creature in the distance.
For this play, are there treats underwater?
Well, chocolate bars tend to get a little soggy, and cotton candy is a mess...we could have tried sea salt taffy - but I'm pretty sure we didn't.
It starts Friday! Head down then and make a splash.

Festival Of Flight Extended!
Club penguin have decided to extend the Festival Of Flight for an extra 2 days. So now it will end on Thursday 20th!

Festival Of Flight!
Hey guys! The Festival Of Flight has started! Here are the cheats!!You can find the first free item at the Plaza, it's a green propeller hat!
To get to the next free item, a jet pack, you have to go for a hot air balloon ride! Go to the forest and hop on!
After about two minutes you will find yourself on top of the tallest mountain! There you will see the contraption that lifted the island out of the sea- the Lifter3000! The jet packs are in the bottom left corner.
If you go to the Beacon of the Lighthouse and look through the telescope you will see a load of clouds! BUT, not just any old clouds! Fish clouds! Pirate ship clouds! And other different clouds!
If you go to Ski Hill you can see what's making the clouds. It's called the Cloud Maker 3000! If you click on the red button a picture will come up on the screen and then the Cloud Maker will make that picture!
Also, we can still go to the Iceberg! But, its not floating!! Although you can see Club Penguin floating in the distance!

hey guys the new pin is out i dont have much time to post this so i cant post the party cheats. The new pin is a sand castle and it caan be found at the mine.

We've also heard that some of you were wondering if the Underwater Adventure was going to be another party like the Festival of Flight, but it's actually going to be a brand new Stage play! It'll start on August 21 - just in time for you to trade your flight-gear into fish-tails.

Did today's newspaper article about Gary help you figure it out? We really liked reading your answers to last week's question about Gary's inventions. Barkra said:

I'm experimenting with different templates and stuff for the blog so if you come on and it looks terrible that's why! Lol. And, on the side I've added more links and the catalogue cheats one and the mission guides have nothing on them yet but I will get round to putting the cheats on.

Hey guys. This is my first post since I became owner of Cp Congress (which was only today) and I'd like to say thank's to Ting for giving me the site. I will be keeping the authors who are already on the site because they do their job and I might add one or two more maybe, but I'm not sure. I will try and make the site as best as it can be. First of all I'll be getting rid of the links on the right side because they lead to old pins and catalogue cheats ect. And I will replace them with ones that work. I'll (try to) make a new bannner but if it doesn't work out I'll have to find someone else to make one for me.
